Northfield Mount Hermon seeks a dynamic and motivated individual to ­­­­­identify, recruit, and enroll qualified prospective students and families in accordance with the NMH mission.  Each Assistant Director will be responsible for a specific geographic area. Territory responsibilities include travel, phone communication, interviewing and other responsibilities as assigned. Unique to the admission program responsibilities, the Assistant Director will be responsible for an applicant review committee as well as residential duty. 

The successful applicant will have a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years related experience; outstanding organizational, written, communication, and interpersonal skills preferred.  The ability to travel frequently is required.Candidates must have the ability to process and hold confidential information and exercise independent judgment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google applications, and other web-based software is desired.  Additional qualifications include the ability to work collaboratively with a team, as well as being a self-starter capable of working independently.  Ability to work flexible hours and be on call during interim periods, some night and evening work.
