Job Summary
Responsible for supporting all aspects of athletes’ coaching. The program aims to support youth seeking high-level Alpine development opportunities and a superior educational experience. The program will produce results that enhance the brand and competitive position of the Gould Snow Sports Competition Program.
The Alpine coach promotes a strong student-centered approach that exemplifies a respectful, inclusive, and dynamic environment. This involves fostering resilience, respect, inclusivity, and a sense of belonging among athletes. Adolescents under their guidance are empowered with agency, supported within a structured framework, and mentored for growth and development.
There are coaching opportunities for U14/16/18 groups for full time and seasonal.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Coaching
- Coach Alpine athletes, and coaching two other seasons, or an equivalent
- Daily preparation of the training venue (course set, fencing, snow preparation, etc)
- Manage athlete transportation for daily training and races
- Conduct regular video review sessions either on-hill or as soon as possible after
- Transport on-snow athletes to/from the airport/training venue
- Assist athletes with gear selection and maintenance
- Coach and support commercial ski training camps that support underclass enrollment
- Regular communication with athletes, parents, and faculty
- Participate in Professional Development clinics/training
