Position Overview

The Admission Coordinator is a high-impact operational role responsible for ensuring a smooth, organized, and welcoming admission process for prospective families.

This position blends systems management, family communication, and front desk support. The Coordinator is often the first point of contact for visitors and plays a key role in shaping a professional and hospitable experience.

This is a full-time position reporting to the Assistant Headmaster for Admission & Enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Systems (Primary)

  • Coordinate scheduling for tours, interviews, and shadow visits
  • Manage applicant data and track application progress in CRM systems
  • Follow up with families to ensure timely completion of applications

Family Experience & Reception (Primary)

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective families
  • Provide a warm, professional front desk presence—greeting visitors and managing inquiries
  • Communicate clearly with families about the admission process, timelines, and requirements
  • Support tours and campus visits to ensure a seamless experience

Events & Team Support (Secondary)

  • Assist with planning and logistics for admission events
  • Support admission committee processes and file completion
  • Attend select evening or weekend events as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills; detail-oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Discretion with confidential information
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred
